Terms & conditions

The deal, in plain English.

These are the terms for booking a creator slot with me, Niharika (@nebula2004), for TOKEN2049 week in Singapore, October 2026. When you take a slot and pay, you're agreeing to everything on this page. It's short on purpose.

Last updated 15 September 2026Applies to all 5 slots

01 Who this is between

"I", "me" and "my team" mean Niharika, plus the cameraman and editor I bring to the shoot. "You" means the project, company or person booking a slot. If you're booking on behalf of a company, you're confirming you're allowed to.

02 Booking a slot

  • There are 5 slots across four packs. Each one is a single booking. Once it's taken, it's gone.
  • Sending the message from the site does not hold a slot. A slot is held only once we've agreed on the angle and your full payment has cleared.
  • Bookings close on 18 September 2026. I may accept late bookings at my discretion, but I'm not obliged to.
  • I can decline a booking if the project or the content doesn't fit what I do. If that happens after you've paid, you get your money back in full.

03 What you get

You get the deliverables listed on your pack on the main page, nothing less. The exact idea for each piece is agreed in writing (email, Telegram or X DM all count) before TOKEN2049 week. That written agreement is the brief. If it isn't in the brief, it isn't in the pack.

Everything is filmed during TOKEN2049 week in Singapore. Edited content is posted within 24 hours of the shoot, unless something outside my control gets in the way (see section 09).

04 Payment

  • Prices are in US dollars, as listed on the main page.
  • Pay in USDC on most major chains, or by card with an invoice if your finance team needs one.
  • Full payment up front. Your slot is held once the payment clears, not before.
  • The price covers me, my cameraman and my editor. It does not cover travel to a location outside the conference venue, paid props, or anything we agree to add later, which I'll quote separately.

05 Ideas, approvals and revisions

We finalise every idea together before TOKEN2049. You approve the angle and the script direction, and that's your approval stage.

Once something is shot, changes are paid revisions. Wanting a different idea, a different person on camera, a different tone or a re-shoot after the fact is new work, and I'll quote it before doing anything. Fixing a factual mistake I made (wrong product name, wrong handle, a typo in a caption) is free, always.

I don't do committee edits. One point of contact on your side, please.

06 Refunds and cancellations

  • If I cancel the trip for any reason, you get every dollar back, no argument.
  • If I fail to deliver what's in the brief, I refund you for anything not delivered.
  • If you cancel after payment has cleared and the ideas are locked, the payment is non-refundable. Planning has already started and the slot has been held for you instead of someone else.
  • Delivered work is not refundable. By the time you see a finished video, my cameraman, my editor and I have put real hours into it. If you don't like a finished piece, see section 05 for how revisions work.
  • Not liking the numbers a post gets is not grounds for a refund. See section 08.
Short version: I carry the risk of the trip and the delivery. You carry the risk of changing your mind after we've shot.

07 Rights and usage

  • You get full, perpetual rights to the delivered files, raw footage included. Use them on your own channels, in ads, decks, your website, wherever. No usage window, no licence fee.
  • I keep the right to post the content on my own handles and to show it in my portfolio, forever. That's part of what you're paying for.
  • You can't resell the content or license it to a third party as stand-alone creator content, and you can't edit it in a way that puts words in my mouth I didn't say.
  • Anything I'm shown or told about your product that isn't public stays private until you say otherwise.

08 No performance guarantees

I'll tell you honestly what I think will land and I've got the receipts to back my judgement, but I can't guarantee impressions, views, followers, signups or any other number. Nobody can, and anyone who does is lying to you. Past results on the main page are real, and they're context, not a promise.

09 Things outside my control

If the venue restricts filming, your team doesn't show up for the agreed 20 minutes, someone falls ill, flights are cancelled, or a platform goes down, I'll do my best to reschedule or adapt within the week. If something genuinely can't be delivered because of any of this, section 06 applies and you're refunded for whatever wasn't delivered.

My total liability to you under these terms is capped at the amount you've actually paid me. I'm not liable for indirect losses of any kind.

10 Your side of the deal

  • One paragraph on what you're building, whoever should be on camera, and about 20 minutes of their time on site.
  • Accurate information about your product. If you tell me something and it turns out to be false, that's on you, and I may take the content down (see the content policy).
  • Permission for anyone from your team who appears on camera.

11 Changes to these terms

I can update this page. The version that applies to you is the one live on the date your payment clears. If I change something material after that, I'll tell you directly.
