What I'll make, and what I won't.
The reason my content performs is that people trust it sounds like a person, not a press release. This page is how I protect that, for my audience and for you. If you're booking a slot, read it once. It's part of the terms.
01 Everything is disclosed
Paid work is marked as paid. Every piece I make for a booked slot is labelled as a partnership, collaboration or ad, in the way the platform requires and in the way a normal person would understand. I don't hide sponsorships in a comment three replies down. If you want the disclosure removed, I'm not the right creator for you.
02 Real numbers only
I don't buy impressions, followers, likes or views. I don't use engagement pods, bot farms or reply rings, and I won't run your content through them either. Every number on my main page is organic and I can show you the analytics behind it. If you ask me to inflate anything, the answer is no.
03 What I won't say
- No financial advice, no price predictions, no "this is going 100x", no "guaranteed yield". I'll show what your product does. I won't tell people what to buy.
- No claims I can't check. If you tell me a stat about your product, I'll take your word for it, but I'll put it in your mouth on camera, not mine, and I may ask for a source.
- No trashing other projects to make yours look good. I'll say why you're interesting, not why someone else isn't.
- No content I don't believe in. If I think an idea won't land or doesn't feel honest, I'll tell you before we shoot and offer something better. I've never posted something I didn't stand behind and I'm not starting in Singapore.
- Nothing hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or aimed at minors. Standard stuff.
04 Who gets the final cut
You approve the angle and the ideas before we shoot. That's where your input matters most and where I want all of it. After that, the edit is mine. You'll get the finished piece, and factual mistakes get fixed for free. Tone, pacing, jokes and delivery are my call, because that's what you're paying for. Changes beyond fixing mistakes are paid revisions (see the terms).
05 People on camera
Anyone who appears in a video has agreed to be in it. For your team, that's your job to confirm. For strangers on the conference floor, that's mine, and I'll ask. If someone later asks to be taken out of a clip, I'll do it, even if it means re-cutting.
06 Where it gets posted
Content goes out on my handles and yours, at the same time or close to it. I post from @nebula2004 on X and my other channels; you post from your official accounts. I won't post from fake or alt accounts, and I won't seed replies pretending to be someone I'm not.
07 Takedowns
- If a piece contains a factual error, I'll correct it or take it down as soon as I know.
- If your project turns out to be a scam, a rug, or materially different from what you told me, I will take everything down, keep whatever you've paid, and say publicly why. No refunds in that case.
- I don't take content down because it underperformed, or because you changed your positioning a month later. Once it's out, it's out. You still have full rights to your copy of the files.
08 Confidentiality
Anything you show me that isn't public (unreleased features, roadmap, numbers) stays private until you say it can go out. If you want something kept out of a video, tell me before we shoot and it's out.
09 If something's wrong
Message me. X: @nebula2004 · Telegram: @niharika2608 · Email: niharikagupta1094@gmail.com. I'd rather fix it in a DM than argue about it in public.
